Quiet area. The hotel is located near the Brooklyn cemetery. There is a lot of funeral offices around the hotel.
The rooms are really small, there is a space only for a bed and your bag pack or suitcase. The rooms are definitely overpriced.
Convenient location with on-site parking.
Breakfast room too small for number of guests and had the atmosphere of a "hostel".
The only thing that I would say was decent and might make me agree to stay there again was the location.
The Room was nothing more than a closet. The staff was (it seemed) under trained. I got back to the hotel very late and requested a late check out. This information was never relayed to the daytime staff. Upon my arrival they could not find my reservation, and I stood waiting at the desk for about 20 minutes while they tried to locate it, which caused me to be late for an appointment I had.
Location of this hotel I s very good, only 7 min from subway, and around 30-40- min to Downtown. Very good for money that I paid, clean, and comfortable. Only rooms little bit small, but I didn't come to New York to spend time in Hotel.
Only need to change shower curtains, they are very short, water all over after shower.
Very fair place, considering its price.
Excellent value for money,great beds,attentive staff,safe!
The breakfast room is very small and smokey as a result of the waffle machine!
Breakfast was very disappointing. Never seen eggs look like that before and the coffee was foul and watery. More milk and sugar needed in the room, so can have more than one cup of coffee.
Gruff front desk staff, dirty bathroom, finicky hvac
The friendliness of the Hotel Staff. They was very helpful.
I didn't like how small the rooms are. I still will stay there again, but no one likes to step out of bed right on the desk.
The short distance to downtown nyc and the possibility for parking my car, although there were not enough parking places where offered.
The shouwer curtin was to short, so the water trops on the floor. The capacity of thebreakfast room was to small for all the people.
Definitely a good choise!! The rooms are nice and cheap! Stuff is friendly! Subway Station: 5 min walk, Subway ride to Manhatten: 20 min! :-)
Breakfast Room is a little bit too tiny!! A Highway is next to the Hotel!
Room was very very small towers were not put in room always had to call desk to ge some door was broken took 2 days to fix we told them 8 am and took 48 hrs to fix
Look out window and all garbage in back very poor maintance
It was clean, the hotel staff was very collaborative and I had a wonderful view on Manhattan through my room window.
It's called "Sleep Inn Brooklyn Downtown" but it is not exactly close to the Brooklyn bridge, even if it's close to the subway station.
The price is good. Big beds, small clean room.
It is a long way to Manhattan, if you are planning to spend most of your time in town, think twice. The gym is non-existant and not working, so please remove it from facilities Breakfast food is not replenished when finished, so you need to be really early if you want to eat something. Noisy rooms if facing the front street as a main high level road pass by. Hotel Staff not very friendly. The downtow logo is non-existent so please remove it from advert.
Nice staff, they were happy to meet any of our needs, E.G.free safe, baggage storage on the day of our departure.
