Daniel
The hotel was clean and comfortable. The breakfast exceeded our expectations, with a new waffle iron and waffle mix that impressed us. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The location was convenient, with a 10-minute walk to the subway and a 25-minute ride to downtown or midtown Manhattan.
Nothing to be said.

Newly constructed hotel, still clean from first uses. Rooms will be cleaned everyday if you don't sleep late. Next to subway station
Breakfast were not good, cleaners do not come back later if when first came we were still in room. Missed toilet paper and face clothes at some point.

The hotel had excellent WiFi, comfy beds, and good breakfast. The location for exploring Manhattan was perfect, just a short walk and subway ride away. The gym and air conditioning were great, and having a mini fridge in the room was useful. The cleaners were trustworthy and the staff at the front desk were very attentive and helpful.
Felt really good, nothing to complain about.

comfort of room, proximity to subway and convenience stores/eateries..complimentary wifi..
no laundry facilities,no ice machine, first night I had only a top sheet although once I requested it was given a blanket. Housekeeping would never return after the first knock to clean my room, therefore, several times if I left the room around 1300 I would return to a dirty room, this is not right as they finished shift at 1600

As foreign tourists, we absolutely loved the helpful and friendly staff at Sleep Inn Brooklyn Downtown. They went above and beyond to assist us with all our needs and even offered to keep our valuables safe. The room was clean and well-kept, and the supplies were replenished daily. The hotel's location was convenient and within walking distance to the subway and local restaurants. We also appreciated the option of late-night food nearby. the cleanliness, helpfulness of the staff, and the view of Manhattan from our window made our stay enjoyable.
We felt incredibly cared for during our stay at Sleep Inn Brooklyn Downtown, and we have no complaints whatsoever.

Altho small, and not suited to heavier individuals, the room was very nice, clean and otherwise comfortable, especially the puffy beds. No view, but we were only there after dark. Neighborhood a little "iffy"--- would recommend if someone just needs a space to sleep for a trip to NY-----------d j

I had a great time at Sleep Inn during my recent stay. The location was convenient, just a short walk from the subway station. The room, although small, was clean and comfortable. Despite being close to the highway, the noise wasn't too bothersome. I appreciated the decent breakfast options provided. I would recommend this hotel for budget-conscious travelers visiting the city.

I liked that it was clean and the bathroom is very spacious. The bed is very comfortable and I absolutely loved the plush comforter and pillows! The complimentary breakfast was great (the lady setting up the breakfast was super friendly). Check in/out was quick - they even moved us to a different room because we didn't want to be on first level. 3 blocks from metro made it convenient.
There are only 8 parking spaces (which were always taken) and the entrance was blocked by cars parked on the street. The front desk clerk didn't do anything about it though I asked him to. I told him I couldn't drive up because a vehicle was blocking. Ice machine was not installed yet but staff was willing to get ice for me. Smoke detector was hanging off ceiling. The desk and chair was too big for the small room. Furniture is too bulky - every time I wanted to open the mini fridge or a drawer, I had to move the big chair out from under the desk since the legs/arms were blocking the fridge and drawers. The cab service the hotel uses is too expensive - $8 to the metro which was only 3 blocks away. I found another cheaper car service.
